Primavera Talent Awards

The PRIMAVERA Talent Awards aim to promote and give visibility to excited contributions, both individual and collective, in the dimensions valued by the PRIMAVERA competency model. The awards are divided into six categories: Business Award, Out of the Box Award, Teamwork Award, Goals Award, Inspiring Award and Voice Award. The trophy is an exclusive piece, inspired by the concept of an erupting volcano, as an analogy to an extraordinary phenomenon of overcoming and exposed of merit and/or performance.
